Most
people think travel insurance is easy, sign a form
at the Travel Agent’s and it’s done.
There’s a lot more to it than just signing
a form, it’s knowing the right questions to
ask and then knowing how to interpret the answers.
Claims can generally be easy if
you know what you are doing, and know what it
is that the insurer will want and in what form
they will want it.

If the matter is urgent and it is after hours,
sure call the insurer direct, but then give us
a call and we will always help you through the
process.
Contrary to popular belief, insurers don’t
try to deny or get out of claims, but providing
them all the information they need
will always help you claim get processed just
that little bit more quickly.
